Conditions of Sale for Benview
This is a private sale by the owners. We will consider offers to purchase Benview from people in Australia and in other countries.
Any sale will be in accord with Australian requirements applying in the State of New South Wales, Australia, together with any additional requirements which apply to an overseas buyer.
Matters such as the settlement period for finalization of any sale, the time that the present owners would have to vacate the property, and the date for a new owner to take possession of Benview would need to be agreed as part of a sale contract. For example, it might assist both parties if the present owners were able to rent the homestead after completion of a sale. This would provide both a caretaker role for the new owner, and a longer period for the present owners to clear the property.
